Dear New Yorker,

I run my own company based in Kauai and I’m looking for a few savvy people to join my team on the ground in New York City.

My company does green real estate – buying, selling & investing.

I work with a core group of investors who bring money to the table for our green projects here and abroad.

We also run two non-profits that fund sustainability projects in the Pacific Rim.

We’re looking for a few people to join our group from the New York area.

We train you from start to finish and offer the education you’ll need to make an expansive income inside a year if you’re serious and motivated.

NOTE: You`ll need to be willing to make a sustained investment in an education and training process that can qualify you for our work together.

We’re not looking for a ton of response, just a handful of the right people who have the drive to make things happen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-- you understand the importance of the green economy and sustainable development

-- you’re service-oriented in your relationship to your work

-- you will NOT do business at any cost, ethics are important to you

-- you’re bright, motivated, organized and you have a positive mindset

-- you can recognize a rare opportunity when you see it

-- you’re probably college educated, but that’s not mandatory if you’re sharp and committed

HOURS AND PAY:

-- Part-time leading to full-time. For now, you choose the days and the times you want to work.

-- Compensation TBD, up to 3-5k per month
